SUBSTANCE: disclosed method for rapid assessment of energy-saving potential of a group of single-type objects and an automated system for its implementation relate to the field of information-analytical systems and methods of processing data in order to perform energy-deflection efficiency calculations and are intended to assess the energy-saving potential of a large group of single-type objects. Automated system for rapid assessment of energy-saving potential of a group of single-type objects includes a Collection of Information subsystem equipped with three program modules, Modelling of Standard Energy-Saving Measures for All Analysed Objects Subsystem equipped with ten program modules, the third subsystem "Extended evaluation of energy saving potential" equipped with four program modules, and Information Storage subsystem. Express-assessment method of potential energy saving, which is implemented by the above automated system, includes collection of necessary data and information on analysed objects, verification of these data and information on completeness, reliability and consistency, bringing them to a single structure for further modelling of standard energy-saving measures on all analysed objects. Simulation involves such procedures as assessment of feasibility of energy-saving measures, selection of a method of estimating energy-saving effect from implementation of any energy-saving measures, detailed assessment of energy-saving effect by measures and objects. After that, detailed assessment of energy saving potential is carried out.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of determining energy-saving potential of a large group of single-type objects.
