FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural mechanical engineering, namely to flax harvesting machines. A turning over device comprises the following units mounted on a carriage: a pick-up drum with a copying wheel, a cross belt conveyor and guiding bars which form a screw channel for the stem flow transportation together with the working branch of the cross belt conveyor, and a packing drum. It is fitted by a guiding screw-like surface which is set under the working branch of the cross belt conveyor by its lower edge and which is retracing its form. Two side edges of the screw-like surface are fixed respectively on the drum housing and on the guiding bars of the screw channel at its output part.

EFFECT: increasing performance reliability and productivity of the turning over device.
