SUBSTANCE: preserves are prepared as follows: chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and minced, carrots and parsley roots are cut, browned in melted butter and minced, potatoes are cut, blanched and minced, beetroots are blanched and minced, green onions and greens are frozen and minced, sorrel and spinage are frozen and chopped, sausages are minced, beans are boiled till double increase in weight, wheat flour is browned in melted butter, the listed components are mixed with sour cream, bone broth, sugar, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and bay leaf, the obtained mixture and bone broth is packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: new canned space food features increased digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
