SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely, to surgery. After detection of peritoneal focus drainages are introduced into right and left hypochondria. Thereafter trocar with the bolt - on - head is introduced through incision at the left from anus under the control of the finger forced into the rectum. Fat, anus-erector muscle and pelvic peritoneum are pierced. Head of the trocar is removed. Perforated silicone drainage is introduced into the trocar cavity, placed unstrained in the area of peritoneal focus and then is removed through separately drained right or left iliac regions. Drainage is sutured on the side of perineum and iliac region to the edge of the skin wound.

EFFECT: invention ensures washing out of abdominal cavity on the side of iliac region and pelvis and continuous draining.
