FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: laparotomic wound is closed completely with leaving a window of 7.5-8.0 cm enabling sealing the laparotomic wound and its edges with inserting a minimally invasive system into the window along a meddle line of stomach with providing a maximum approach to a peritonitis centre in an epigastrium, or a mesogastrium, or a hypogastrium. The abdominal cavity is inspected every 24 hours until peritonitis manifestations are arrested.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of complications of the laparostomic wounds, reducing a risk of developing postoperative hernias.
