FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of metering equipment and may be used in systems of monitoring and control for measurement of process parametres of gas in different industries. Substance: transducer comprises pipeline, diaphragm, fixed in pipeline with the help of flanges, receiver of acoustic signal, amplifier and frequency metre. Besides transducer is equipped with reservoir of alternate volume and displacement device. At that reservoir of alternate volume is installed coaxially with diaphragm and is arranged in the form of mutually displacing tubes, one of which is fixed in diaphragm. The other reservoir is connected to displacement device.
EFFECT: possibility to purposely change frequency of acoustic oscillations without change in design parametres of the main generating element - diaphragm.
