FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: wind-powered engine comprises tower, rotary device, bearing structure with the following components installed on it - air ducts, vertical shafts and wind wheels that rotate in different directions with blades with vertical axis of rotation, and also tail beam and tail planes. Air ducts are arranged as lateral in the form of three sections - receiving, straight and arc-shaped boxes, the latter of which is oriented to blades of wind wheels. Peripheral flow wind wheel blades are covered with screens.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of wind powered engine with minimisation of its cost due to simplification of design.
