SUBSTANCE: invention is related to wind-power engineering and may be used for generation of electric energy. Wind power generating set of segment type comprises tower, rotary base, windwheel with rotor elements, stator elements and tail element. Wind power generating set is equipped with central pipe, front end of which has generator fixed to it, and back end contains windwheel. Rotary base is equipped with rotating rollers, which are installed outside central pipe. Inside central pipe in bearings, central rod is installed, which is connected to rotary base at the front with its bracket, and at the back it is fixed to tail element.

EFFECT: possibility for storm gusts to pass without significant effect at power structures.
