SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by carrots and onions cutting, browning and straining in melted butter. Parsley and dill are frozen and chopped. Sander fillet is chopped. The listed components are mixed with salt. Obtained mixtures are mixed in a ratio specified. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.

EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of a product with increased digestibility.
