SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with chopping fish fillet; cutting, frying in melted butter and chopping carrots and brown onions; freezing and reducing dill greens upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with fish broth, common salt and a CO2-extract of hot black pepper, grated at oxygen-free technique, homogenized at oxygen-free technique, packed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
