SUBSTANCE: method includes the following. The recipe components are prepared according to traditional technology. Prepared carrots, parsley root, parsley roots and raw onions are cut, browned in melted butter and strained. Prepared sweet peas and greens are exposed to freezing. Sweet peas are exposed to preferably to slow freezing, and greens to fast freezing. Prepared tongue is minced. Prepared wheat flour is sauteed in melted butter. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, sugar, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper and bay leaf. The resultant mixture are packaged at given ratio of components in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised to obtain the target product.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase digestibility of culinary dish.
