FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is prepared by cutting, browning in the melted butter and straining carrots, parsley roots and onions, cutting and freezing sugar peas and greens, browning in the melted butter wheat flour, mixing the listed components under oxygen-free conditions with tomato paste, sugar, table salt, black bitter pepper and bay leaves, cutting tongue, the obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: good digestibility.
