SUBSTANCE: preserves are prepared by cutting, browning in melted butter and straining carrots, parsley roots and onions, freezing and mincing fresh green peas and green, mincing tongue, browning in the melted butter wheat flour, mixing the listed components with bone broth, tomato paste, sugar, table salt and CO2 extract of black bitter pepper and bay leaf, packing the obtained mixture in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: cans for space nutrition have good digestibility.
