SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Sugar peas and herbs are cut and frozen. Ingredients are mixed with culinary salt and hot black pepper under oxygen-free conditions. It is cut, beaten, soaked in liaison. Breaded in whey crumbs. Beef is fried in melted fat. Beef, obtained mixture and melted fat are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
