SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and can be used in any extracorporal ligation. A ligation apparatus comprises a dosing unit with a clamp and a polymer tube fragment from an intravenous liquid infusion system. The tube fragment is inserted into the dosing unit. The clamp comprises a rolling dispenser from the intravenous liquid infusion system while being arranged to lock the polymer ligation tube with its both ends inserted into the polymer tube.
EFFECT: it is resulted in possibility for any strained ligation, for dosed ligation tension regarding the desired objects, for ligation removal together with the apparatus.
