SUBSTANCE: under control of laparoscope placed in umbilical area, and by means of dissector, introduced in work channel of laparoscope, safe passing of Tuohy needle is realised on lateral side of internal opening of inguinal ring to pass plaited non-absorbable suture material under peritoneum with leaving its end in free abdominal cavity. Then needle is passed on medial side of non-obliterated vaginal appendix of peritoneum and ligatures are brought out of abdominal cavity, for which purpose endoscope tongs are introduced needle opening. After bringing thread ends beyond the borders of abdominal cavity extracorporal knot, by which defect of internal inguinal ring is tightened, is formed and knot is submerged under the hypodermic adipose cellular tissue.

EFFECT: method simplifies operation technique and makes it possible to eliminate injury and getting of testicle vessels and vas deferens or round ligament in suture.
