SUBSTANCE: disposable syringe comprises needle, case, rod, main piston and rod piston. The main piston has a central blind hole. The diametre of the rod piston relates to that of the blind hole. In the rod piston there is a plugged end through hole. Two-three motions of the rod piston relative to the main piston ensures depressurisation of the area between an end face of the blind hole and a face surface of the rod piston due to wear of the material layer covering the cylindrical external surface of the piston.

EFFECT: higher reliability of the disposable syringe.
