SUBSTANCE: invention represents skin and hair care method and apparatus ensured by a manual conditioner with interchangeable conductive adapters of the outline intensifying the conductivity between the conditioner and various body regions. Each interchangeable conductive adapter is preferentially formed so that to create the maximum contact area to various body surfaces, such as scalp, body skin, face skin. In the preferential version of implementation the skin/hair conditioner is formed so that it reliably fits a palm of the user, simultaneously providing the maximum contact to specified region of skin surface. The skin/hair conditioner contains an acoustic signal generator and a vibrating mechanism to signal the user of mode change in the conditioner. Conductive adapters can be smoothly roundish, have teeth or nodular thickenings.

EFFECT: higher conductivity in current supply to body skin.
