FIELD: methods and devices for spraying dispersed materials including application of high voltage to mass of dispersed material. SUBSTANCE: high voltage from voltage source is fed to mass of dispersed material stored in container, thus breaking particles off mass. Surface of mass is open to surrounding medium and applied voltage is passed through mass of material to particles located on open surface; these particles separate from mass in form of electrically charged jet under action of electrical field, essentially without corona discharge accompanying this process.
