SUBSTANCE: invention relates to area of the receiving the polymeric coatings in the capacity of lubricating and protective agents of metal works and can be used in mechanical engineering during the manufacturing of bearing, energetics in friction units, and also during the keeping and transportation of metal- assembly products. Compound includes dispersed in water dispersion of acrylic copolymer and corrosion inhibitor on the basis of phytogenous amines Malkor A in amount, enough for receiving of specified coating oil absorption. Compound contains, wt %: acrylic copolymer 2.0 - 4.0 or 10.0, Malkor A 5.0 - 10.0, water- up to 100. Method includes polymerous coating from the solution; containing dispersed in water dispersion of acrylic copolymer, onto the metallic product with its following temperature treatment, herewith into solution it is introduced corrosion inhibitor on the basis of phytogenous amines Malkor A in amount, enough for receiving of specified coating oil absorption. Coating is implemented by means of contact method at solution temperature 25 - 30 °C during 1-5 minutes, and temperature treatment is implemented at the temperature 70 - 100 °C during 1-5 minutes.

EFFECT: inhibited polymeric covering, allowing increased oil absorption and able to operate without swelling in wet environment, and also simplified coating method of inhibited polymeric covering onto metallic products.
