FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device refers to heat flow measurements and serves for measurement, control and adjustment of heated object temperature in presence of high-frequency and ultra-high frequency electromagnetic fields, for instance in microwave ovens during warming up, unfreezing and cooking processes. Also it can be used in medical equipment for interstitial temperature control at radio-frequency hyperthermia, radiospectroscopy. Thermometre includes dielectric capillar partially filled with liquid, capillar protective cover performed in a form of pipe from dielectric material and calculating control unit. Thermometre is characterised by micropump connected to the said capillar, pressure sensor and liquid meniscus position sensor, connected to the said micropump. Note that capillar is performed in open condition. Calculating control unit is connected to micropump and the said sensors.
EFFECT: improvement of device safety, elimination of ambient temperature influence at probe intermediate area, thermometre structure simplification.
