FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to microwave engineering. Microwave filter is arranged in the form of multilayer module of ceramic substrates that are parallel and coaxially installed one above another, on one of surfaces of which there are sections of strip lines are arranged, being opened at the ends and coupled with electromagnet field, at that one end of the first section of strip line is inlet, and the second end of the latter is the outlet of microwave filter. Every ceramic substrate of multilayer module and section of strip line are arranged as monolithic in the form of ceramic substrate from aluminium nitride, and section of strip line is made of aluminium, is deepened as a result of scanning of mentioned surface of aluminium nitride ceramic substrate by laser beam in the area of its location. Sections of strip lines are arranged of the same shape and width. Section of strip line on every subsequent ceramic substrate is shifted in relation to the previous one at the distance equal to half of its length, at that location of every ceramic substrate in module excludes galvanic contact of strip line sections.
EFFECT: reduction of microwave losses in working frequency band, increased rectangularity of amplitude-frequency characteristic, reduced dimensions, increased manufacturability.
