FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device to measure full resistance of a microwave-based dipole, comprising a microwave signal generator, a metre of frequency characteristics and an integrated circuit within a central transmission line, two identical sections of the transmission line connected to the central transmission line by means of two electric switches, at the same time the microwave signal generator and metre of frequency characteristics are connected to one end of the central transmission line, and the other one - with the dipole, as the metre of frequency characteristics they use a multiplier of a phase of a reflected microwave signal, the integrated circuit is made in the form of a monolithic integrated circuit on a semiconductor substrate, at the same time the sections of the transmission line are made each equal to one eighth of the wave length in the central transmission line, the electric switches are field transistors with the Schottky barrier. At the same time electrodes of each field transistor with the Schottky barrier are connected - a drain with the central transmission line at the identical distance from the dipole, equal to one eighth of the wave length in the transmission line, a source - with one of the ends of the appropriate section of the transmission line, and permanent control voltages are supplied to gates, at the same time the other end of each section of the transfer line is grounded.

EFFECT: expanded working frequency band and reduced error of measurements, simplified design and possibility of automation.
