FIELD: physics; radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio engineering area, namely microwave frequency technique. The microwave frequency filter contains two pieces of a metal wave-guide line on input terminal and an exit of an identical internal cross section which are supplied by flanges and aggregated with them; N of identical pieces of a wave-guide line of the same internal cross section, as pieces of the metal wave-guide line, the length of each one makes an equal quarter of length of a wave which are located in cascade one after another and between the mentioned two pieces of the metal wave-guide line, N+1 of identical shields, each of them having a resonant window with the sizes, smaller the sizes of an internal cross section of a wave-guide line piece and which are located everyone between two corresponding pieces of the wave-guide line, thus mentioned elements are aggregated mechanically. Identical pieces of a wave-guide line and identical shields are executed from a high-temperature superconducting substance either one, or another type, thus each of identical wave-guide line pieces is executed with thickness of wall equal 1-3 millimetres.
EFFECT: decrease in microwave frequency losses, up to their full exception.
