SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at using in canning industry. Preserved mushroom soup with tofu is cooked by marrows, mushrooms and ginger cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, tofu cutting, fresh green peas freezing, mixing of listed components with soya sauce, acetic acid, table salt, starch, black hot pepper and red hot pepper under oxygen-free conditions, obtained mixture and drinking water packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of new preserves with higher digestibility.
