FIELD: rescue work.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual protective means of a person and to carrying out search-and-rescue and repair works in extreme conditions, in particular the impact of gaseous and liquid phases of aggressive chemically hazardous substances (ACHS) in the chemical industry enterprises, as well as under conditions of dismantling the obstructions, which requires long work with vibro-active tool, for example a perforator, a breaker hammer, and under conditions of low temperatures. The protective suit of rescuer consists of trousers with protective stockings, a shirt with a hood, two-toed gloves and balaclava. The trousers are sewn together with stockings, ending with rubber vamp with bots, which are sewn to ribbons to fasten to the feet. In the upper part of the trousers there are shoulder straps and half-rings, and the shirt is combined with the hood. From behind to its lower edge an intermediate strap is sewn that is passed between the legs and fastened with a button at the lower part of the shirt in front, and the sleeves end with loops that are worn on the thumb after putting on the gloves. On the sleeves of his shirt there are cuffs fitting the wrist, and the hood is fixed on the neck with the ribbon and the plastic peg. The bottom of the shirt is strapped with an elastic ribbon and is equipped with a crotch strap, and the trousers are held by two straps and buckles of half-rings and fixed at the bottom with the straps. It is additionally provided with a protective vest against electromagnetic radiation. The protective cover is made three-layered. It is additionally equipped with a respirator comprising concentric pleated filter, which peripheral ring passes into the conical surface, and the obturator is made in the form of an annular inflatable chamber of elastic material. For sealed connection of the end of the conical surface of the filter with the obturator the respirator is provided with a frame of resilient elastic material in the shape of a truncated cone with functional openings on the lateral surface, on the one side of which, using a ring of elastic material a filter is fixed, on the other side, by pinching the part of the inflatable chamber by the annular chute-shaped end of the frame, the obturator is fixed, and the mittens are made antivibrational, and the shoes of the rescuer for working under conditions of low temperatures is made felted, containing a bootleg, a footstep part and the main sole located from the lower side of the footstep part. The protective sole which is located on the lower side of the main sole is made of EVA material, or compound of EVA with rubber, or compound of EVA with PVC, or compound of EVA with polyethylene, and additionally comprises a shoe insert which is provided with heating of ethylene vinyl acetate or other elastic material, and in the heel part of the insole the piezoelectric element of piezo-rubber is glued, such as polydimethylsiloxane with the thickness of 2.5÷5 mm, with the size of 10×10 mm. It is placed in a protective cover, and the heating filament is connected to at least one piezoelectric element located in the area of heel and/or toe.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of work of rescues under conditions of low temperatures.
