FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to electrocardiography. The following activities are performed for the method. Continuous electrcardiosignal is filtered and represented in form of discrete counts. Discrete counts are summed by module, threshold level, to which each discrete electrocardiosignal count is compared, is formed. R-R intervals are determined. In standard leads interval Δt=t2-t3, where t1 - end of wave Ti-1; t2 - beginning of wave Pi is determined and wavelet-transformation of selected interval is performed. Results of wavelet transformation are summed up. Location of sum maximum is found on time axis and obtained value of electrocardiosignal discrete count is beginning of 1-st cardio cycle.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of determining cardio cycle beginning.
