SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of veterinary medicine. Injected composition for treatment of microbial infection in animal includes: a) compound selected from group of compounds of formula I, in which R stands for gragment, selected from group which includes methyl, ethyl or halogenated derivative of metal or ethyl, dihalogendeuteromethyl, 1-halogen-1deuteroethyl, 1,2-dihalogen-1-deuteroethyl, azidomethyl and methylsulphonylmethyl; X and X' represent fragment, independently selected from group including NO₂, SO₂R₁, SOR₁, SR₁, SONH₂, SO₂NH₂, SONHR₁, SO₂NHR₁, COR₁, OR₁, R₁, CN, halogen, hydrogen, phenyl, mono-, di- or tri-substituted with halogen, NO₂, R₁, PO₂R₁, CONHR₁, NHR₁, NR₁R₂, CONR₁R₂, OCOR₁ or OR₁, where R₁ and R₂ represent , independently selected from group including methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, butyl, tret-butyl, isobutyl and phenyl; and Z represents hydrogen or acyl group of carboxylic acid with hydrocarbon chain containing up to 16 carbon atoms, or acyl group of aminocarboxylic acid with hydrocarbon chain containing up to 12 carbon atoms; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said acyl groups; and b) at least one carrier, as carrier it contains triacetin. Composition can additionally contain 2-pyrrolidon, dimethylacetamide, second carrier, stabilising agent, flunixin, avermectin.
