FIELD: transportation, load transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fire engineering, in particular to methods for fire prevention and protection of transported loads in closed volumes. Method is suggested for fire protection of load inside container, closed railway car or automobile van, which consists in the fact that inside container, car or van autonomous fire-extinguishing plant is installed, which is designed for extinguishing of fire with gas fire-extinguishing composition, which includes cylinder filled with gas fire-extinguishing composition with stop device and connected sensor tube, which simultaneously performs functions of fire detection and delivery of fire-extinguishing substance to centre of ignition. Method differs by the fact that in order to preserve load integrity and increase fire safety of container sensor tube that opens locally because of heating is laid in protected volume of container along load surface in areas of possible ignition.

EFFECT: increased safety of load and fire safety of container.
