FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to firefighting equipment and is intended for fire extinguishing in tanks with stationary cover for storage of HIL and FL with two types of extinguishing medium (compositions increasing surface tension of oil and oil products and fire-extinguishing aerosol) by their simultaneous supply to combustion zone. Fire extinguishing mixtures are supplied from a plant floating in the center of the reservoir, wherein the liquid composition outlet is performed by its pushing through the four nozzles with slot nozzles, on which pressure of the contents of the reservoir is pressed, falling into the lower part of the installation through special holes. Ballast attached to the lowest point of the installation housing provides its vertical position and intensifies this pressure to the required speed of the extinguishing medium discharge. Simultaneously, fire extinguishing aerosol generator is started. One performs stewing both in area and volume. Housing of the plant is equipped with a float-type stability compensator made of sealed air-filled pipes and fixed on the body. Inside the housing there is a piston consisting of a base and a guide tube with a plug and a through hole. In the upper part of the guide tube there installed is a movable bushing with two through mutually perpendicular holes and a plug. On the sleeve end the membrane is fixed, which has two destructible circular platforms with centers along the axes of the heat-sensitive elements installation and the central striker. Sleeve is fixed against movement by two heat-sensitive elements pressed by stretched spring attached to cover. Cover is screwed on the end of the guide tube. In the cover there is a pyro-cartridge for starting the fire-extinguishing aerosol generator. For discharge of extinguishing medium there are four slit branch pipes extending crosswise from the guide sleeve. Air chamber connected to the pneumatic line and a fire extinguishing aerosol generator are installed above the branch pipes.

EFFECT: solution is aimed at improving operating reliability of the installation, efficiency of fire extinguishing and ease of use.
