FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the chemical industry and can be used for reaction performing in catalyst boiling bed at high temperatures and in gas phase with reduced burnout or other undesirable side reactions. The bed of powder catalyst is placed in the dense bed zone on the reactor device lattice, over which the gas distribution system is located. The catalyst separation zone is located over the dense bed zone. The diluted phase zone is located over the separation zone; inside it the gas condenser is placed. Inside the reaction vessel the device for catalyst separation and the means of separated catalyst return to the dense bed zone are placed.
EFFECT: invention provides the decreasing of the uncontrolled oxidation rate and the reduction of initial and end products losses.
