FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of the ammoxidation method. According to one of the disclosed methods, a stream of reagents is fed into an ammoxidation reactor, wherein the reagent stream contains ammonia, an oxygen-containing gas and a hydrocarbon selected from the group consisting of propane, propylene, isobutene, isobutylene and mixtures thereof; Steam is fed into coils located in ammoxidation reactor to obtain reactor working temperature from 350 °C to 480 °C. Amount of oxygen fed into the reactor and the temperature of the steam are controlled with maintaining the linear velocity related to the reactor section from 0.5 m/s to 1.5 m/s.
EFFECT: disclosed methods enable to control the ammoxidation process and reduce temperature deviations of the reactor.
