FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to machine-tool manufacture and can be used in designing precision machinery. The device with circular grooves for passage of oil from a pump assembly contains constantan rings, fitted on bearing collars, a converter, which contains a controlled current source, and ceramic bushings, fitted on outer surfaces of the constantan rings. The constantan rings are connected by electric wires to the positive terminal of the current source, and the bearing collar to the negative terminal. Circular grooves for passage of oil from the pump assembly are made on the surface of the ceramic bushings, and in the body of the spindle, there are two grooves, in which electric wires are put. The converter has two switches, the inputs of which are connected by electric wires to the constantan rings, connected to a control device. Outputs of both switches are joined and connected to the input of the controlled time delay unit.
EFFECT: reduced dynamics of heating the bearing assembly, increased wear resistance of bearings and reduced thermal deformation of the spindle unit of the machining tool.
