FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering field and can be used during inner grinding of blanks with application of hard and flexible lubrication-cooling processing facilities. Blank is fixed in cartridge and is rotated around its axis. Rotation grinding wheel is located to the right and to the left of axis of grinded hole with override and in perpendicular to it direction for value of cross-feed movement per each travel or double stroke of grinding wheel. In the capacity of lubrication-cooling agent it is used heated sprayed solid lubricant (SL). SL is fed on work surface of grinding wheel at each its overriding over right butt of treated blank through the unit nozzle for heating and spraying of SL. Nozzle is located on-the-mitre α to work surface of the grinding wheel from the side formed by work surface of grinding wheel and treated blank surface of sickle-shaped space with providing of full covering of work surface of grinding wheel by melted SL.
EFFECT: it is improved treated surface and reduced time of grinding operational cycle.
