FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to ruptured partition that consists of microfibers produced by aerodynamic method from melt and separated under action of applied force. Ruptured link consists of the first polymer and second polymer films and intermediate sealing layer. Temperature of this intermediate sealing layer melt is higher than temperature of the first and second polymer melt. Sealing layer consists of multiple microfibers with average efficient diametre of each one from around 2.5 micron to approximately 7.0 micron. Connection of the first and second polymer films by melt to any of intermediate sealing layer sides makes it possible to produce ruptured partition with brittle border layer, including sections, in which the first polymer contacts to the second polymer. Separation of ruptured partition takes place along brittle border layer as a result of force application, which ends with formation of gap and separation of the first film from the second film.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create partition that has sufficient strength for complete separation of materials from each other, which might enter into reaction and are located in different compartments of package in process of its normal transportation, loading and storage.
