FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering field and can be used in the capacity of load lifting mechanism in different areas of national economy. All-round crane contains control assembly with drive, containing pumped regulating assembly, connected by means of pipeline to hydrosystem, slewing ring, hydraulic, telescopic leg, connected to the platform by pivot and transfer mechanism, hydraulic, telescope boom, connected to leg by pivot and transfer mechanism, additional slewing ring, connected to boom by pivot and transfer mechanism. At bottom plane of slewing ring it is fixed platform, connected to ballast which is connected to two bearing branch pipes of column type of different diametres.

EFFECT: it is achieved reduction of energy content and working hours, increasing of productiveness, ability of self-rearrangement, increasing of stability, ability of delivery into hard-to-reach areas by helicopter.
