FIELD: treatment facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to biochemical treatment of industrial waste water resulting from pipe production and their cleaning from heavy metal ions and sulfates. Organically fed waste water is supplied to anaerobic vertical bioreactor 1 with water upstream from organic feeder 5. The said bioreactor contains toothed discharge of water 8 and distributor 2. Water is cleaned in bioreactor 1 by bacteria strain Desulfovibrio sp. SVB-2 immobilised on carrier such as coke 7. After that clean water containing excessive amount of diluted hydrogen sulphide is supplied into oxidation reactor 9 and three-layer holding pond 11. Clear water is then supplied to sand filter 12 and finally to consumers. Waste machining fluid is used as a source of organic feeding of SVB-2. Residual hydrogen sulphide is oxidised to sulfur by air oxygen at the presence of catalyst. The proposed method of waste water cleaning is implemented in the plant, which also includes two absorbers 14, 15 for cleaning hydrogen sulphide containing gas and dewatering unit 16.
EFFECT: intensified cleaning of waste water.
