SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction materials, in particular, to compositions of concrete mixtures used in manufacturing of prefabricated and solid-cast concrete and reinforced concrete constructions of waterworks as well as of buildings and structures of civil-industrial and transport purposes. Complex additive agent to concrete mixture includes, wt %: 13.0-19.0 sodium nitrate, 24.0-25.0 sodium carbonate, 26.0-27.0 sodium sulfate, 2.5-3.0 calcium chloride, 7.0-9.0 calcium carbide, 2.5-3.0 calcium hydroxide, 17.0-22.0 solution of natural mineral bischofite MgCl₂-6H₂O of sulphate type with density of 1.24-1.35 t/m³ with mol. wt 203.303.

EFFECT: increased strength and waterproofing capacity of concrete mixture put down and freezing in buildings constructions and structures at low temperatures of environment.
