FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes placement and fixation of pipes with a liquid coolant on the external side of the formwork deck, and such pipes within a single grip are combined into a unified hydraulic system and connected to a source of heat supply. At the outer side of heating pipes the formwork is insulated, for instance, with the help of shields from glass plastic, penoplex or moisture-resistant veneer. Prior to laying of concrete the formwork is previously heated. Concrete mix laid into the heated formwork is compacted and exposed to further heating with subsequent gradual cooling due to reduction of coolant temperature down to +5°C. After the concrete mix gains the required strength, pipes with the liquid coolant are disconnected and installed onto the next grip together with the formwork.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase quality of monolithic concrete structures, to reduce power and labour costs in process of erection of monolithic reinforced concrete structures in winter conditions.
