FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: high-pressure heater of regeneration system of steam turbine consists of a vertical housing with tubular heat exchange surfaces the first one of which is connected with its tube ends to vertical header of the main feed water flow. Tubes of the second heat exchange surface are connected to chamber of additional feed water flow and are installed in the casing connected with its inlet section to heating steam supply connection, and with its outlet section - to inter-tube space of the first heat exchange surface. Outside the housing there fixed is a vertical load-carrying shell whereon there installed is chamber of additional feed water flow. Heating steam supply connection is fixed on the shell side wall. Such heater design does not require activities for decreasing thermal stresses to allowable values at location point thereof.
EFFECT: considerably simplifying assembly procedure of the second heat exchange surface, inspection and repair of pipe connection points of this surface to chamber.
