SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing of biologically active products, which are used in live stock farming. Method of obtaining biologically active preparation from colostrum includes collecting of summer colostrums, filtering and freezing in freezing chambers at temperature -20 - -22°C. Then colostrum is defrosted at 35 - 38°C. Using rennet enzyme - pepsin in amount 4-6 g of pepsin per 1 l of colostrums, from colostrums is casein is precipitated. Colostrum whey is filtered from casein clots. Obtained in precipitating colostrums mass is dried at +50°, crashed to powdery condition. Then into formed colostrum powder-like preparation dihydroquercetin is introduced - in amount 0.1 mg of dihydroquercetin per 1kg.

EFFECT: invention allows obtaining product with increased biological activity, which is used for increasing immunity and safety of chicken-broilers.
