SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for isolating whey proteins from colostrum whey of the first milk yield. The method for isolating proteins from colostrum whey of the first milk yield involves collecting colostrum from cows, heating the colostrum to a temperature of 35-38°C, precipitation of casein using pepsin at the rate of 3 g of pepsin per 1 litre of colostrum, separation of the casein coagulum by filtration, precipitation of whey proteins with a 10% solution of trichloroacetic acid in a ratio of 1:4, centrifugation at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes, separation of the sediment from solution, adding 0.9% sodium chloride solution to the protein sediment at a ratio of 1:10, dialysis with running water for 24 hours and distilled water for 1 hour, protein purification by gel chromatography on Sephadex G-200 with a permeability threshold from 5 to 600 kDa at temperature +4°C and a pressure of no more than 0.5 atm, drying the target product in an oven at a temperature of 40-45°C, double tindalization with an interval of 24 hours at a temperature of 40-45°C for one hour.
EFFECT: producing a protein preparation from colostrum whey with a yield of 100-130 g per 1 litre.
