SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Method includes preparation of the recipe components, white bread soaking in milk and chopping, pheasant meat and raw tallow chopping, mixing the above mentioned components with table salt and black bitter pepper to obtain cutlet mass, its forming, breading in the wheat crumbs and frying in the melted butter to obtain cutlets, cutting and freezing fresh green peas and mixing it with table salt, packing cutlets, obtained mixture melted butter, sealing and sterilising. All ingredients are added in accordance with certain ratio.

EFFECT: invention provides for producing new canned food with high digestibility as compared to similar cookery dish.
