FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing technology of tobacco wastes. Method provides extraction of mango squeezing by nonpolar liquefied gas with receiving of corresponding extract, blending of tobacco material with liquid carbon dioxide, its extraction and grinding at intermittent pressure unloading in extraction mixture lower the pressure of carbon dioxide saturated steam at extraction temperature, separation of micelle and extraction cake, extraction cake slurrying in water solution of alimentary acid, introduction into suspension of alimentary polyhydric alcohol, its formation, drying up to required moisture 13-15%, cutting, imbibition by gas-liquid extract of violet flowers and sepatrated CO₂-micella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation up to atmospheric with simultaneous refrigeration of imbibed carbon dioxide and its sublimation with receiving in remains of desired product.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of process duration and receiving of recovered tobacco with improved organoleptic properties.
