FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: cyclone separator for vacuum cleaner incorporates the 1st cyclone to feed air into its lower part and to release air through its top part, designed to separate dust and air. The 1st dust collector is arranged right around the 1st cyclone, the former communicating with the latter. Several 2nd cyclones are fitted above the 1st cyclone to separate dust and air and communicating with the latter. The 1st cyclone houses the 2nd dust collector to communicate with several 2nd cyclones. In compliance with one version, the cyclone separator includes the 1st cyclone assembly comprising the 1st cyclone incorporating an air intake element arranged at the 1st cyclone bottom and an air release element fitted at the 1st cyclone top. The 1st dust collector envelopes the 1st cyclone and has a chamber to collect dust coming from the latter. The 1st cyclone houses the 2nd dust collector to communicate with several 2nd cyclones. The 2nd cyclone assembly is arranged above the 1st cyclone one and incorporating several 2nd cyclones fitted above the fist cyclone assembly. The bottom of the 2nd cyclones accommodates an element to guide dust and to communicate 2nd cyclones with 2nd dust collector. The 2nd cyclone assembly is furnished with the top cover, while the 2nd cyclones are closed with a casing. The 2nd cyclone assembly is designed so that the lower end of 2nd cyclones seats at a distance from the 1st cyclone.
EFFECT: compact design, efficient dust separation and no effect of collected dust on air flow swirling.
