FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method for separation of metal cord and grinding of hollow shell from composite material, mostly transport tyre, includes application of layer BB between tread surfaces of two tire parts at ratio of their total mass to BB mass as N from 2 to 45, their placement in chamber, which is vacuumised if N is from 2 to 9, subsequent blasting of BB layer, creation of ground mass of tyre material, increase of its grinding extent and expansion of fraction composition interval. Increase of grinding extent and expansion of fraction composition interval in ground mass in the form of rubber crumb is realised at every and the same original ratio N of total tyre weight to BB mass. For this purpose monolithic and plastic layer of BB mass is used with maximum technologically possible density. Side and end surfaces of BB layer between tread tyre parts are coated with inertial low-compressible material, for instance, in the form of polyethylene tube filled with water.
EFFECT: expansion of interval and increased extent of rubber crumb grinding.
