FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in development of oil deposit at cyclic operation of oil wells. According to method, working agent is injected through injection wells, and oil is recovered through producing wells. Operation of injection wells with injectivity less than 100 cu.m/day is effected in following cyclic mode: 5-7 months of operation, 5-7 months of idling. Revealed are producing wells with output of fluids not less than 15 cu.m/day and flooding of higher than 80% and when flooding of product recovered from these wells is changing at stopping of injection wells. Operation of revealed producing wells is effected in cyclic mode which is synchronous with operation of injection wells. This cyclic mode is as follows: 5-7 months of operation, 5-7 months of idling. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
