FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pump engineering, compressor engineering and vacuum devices. Pump-jet unit comprises shaft, body with internal working chamber and wheel installed in it, suction nozzle, tangential nozzle of working fluid and diffuser. Wheel has radial channels and is installed inside annular mixing block with cylindrical mixing chambers installed in working chamber. Wheel is installed in annular mixing block so that outlets of wheel radial channels communicate to inlets of mixing chambers by means of annular gap between wheel and annular mixing block. Diffuser is arranged in the form of spiral that embraces annular mixing block and unites outlets of mixing chambers, and tangential nozzle of working fluid is installed on side of wheel suction upstream shaft seal.
EFFECT: higher efficiency factor, increased duration of work, reduced dimensions of structure.
