FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: mixer has delivery and mixing chambers interconnected through a converging pipe and axially alined delivery branch pipe and branch pipe for fluid to be injected. The branch pipes are provided with nozzles, the branch pipe for fluid to be injected being mounted inside the delivery branch pipe. The nozzle of the delivery branch pipe has screw cutting made on the inner side and diffuser. The part of the delivery branch pipe inside of the delivery chamber is perforated. The nozzles of both the branch pipes are mounted for permitting axial movement. In addition, the screw cutting of the nozzle of the delivery branch pipe is made up as a multi-entrance thread. Mixing in the device is performed into two stages. At the first stage, the first portion of the main component of injected fluid is dispersed, and next the first portion is mixed with the second portion at the second stage. The first portion of the main component is fed as swirling flow composed of separate jets directed over the screw lines along the axis of the apparatus. The fluid to be injected is fed to the center of the swirling flow. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
