Dataflow encrypted on the basis of copyprotection information is recorded on the record media data storage area. Copyprotection information and information of managing digital data rights are recorded together on the safe key storage area of the optical disk.
EFFECT: in playing optical disk dataflow, playing and encoding of encrypted dataflow is managed according to rights management information.
